Throughout my journey, adventures, and experiences, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting thousands of individuals from all walks of life.

My life has been enriched by special friendships and extraordinary personal and professional relationships - yet there are concerns that remain in my heart and soul.

As we persevere to achieve our aspirations, conquer our challenges, maintain our health and happiness and take care of our responsibilities and families, we are still having a difficult time accepting and adapting to diversities and imperfections in every race, religion and culture. Intolerance, stereotypes and discrimination is ignorant. Left, Right, or Centrist - we are all human beings. We have to celebrate our differences and respect each other.

We live in a world obsessed with perfection. The more you think about perfection, the more you’re aware of discrepancies to the ideal. This can be a source of stress. We must remember that what may be perfect to one person, may be imperfect to another. It’s our imperfections and differences that make us so unique.

Let’s come to terms with our fabulous individual attributes and not let society’s emphasis on materialism and ego, continue to destroy the wellness and happiness of our communities and ourselves.

Instead of going through life like a tranquil current of water, flowing peacefully and glistening with light, we seem to be embattled in constant combat with torrid waterfalls drowning us in a sea of stress, anguish and depression. Taking care of ourselves, our mind, body and spirit will greatly impact all aspects of our well-being. The impact can be long lasting and far-reaching, extending to people around us and to future generations.

As the chapters in my life continue to unfold, I would like to reflect on how the fundamentals of change create self-renewal and illuminating enlightenment. I want to plant a seed in your heart and soul that grows into determination and patience to achieve your goals and make your dreams come true. Everyone has the capacity to make their lives better through positive visualization. Do justice with this incredible gift called life by living with purpose and passion, and inspire kindness.

As a PR & Event Specialist / Life Coach / Consultant / Entrepreneur, I am driven and committed to fulfilling aspirations. I continue to reap the benefits of the University of life and thrive to meet the needs of individuals by sharing my insights and entertaining and empowering them to attain an appetite for an enduring quest to achieve success. My seminar, “Self Serve”, is an energized lecture on achieving Complete Contentment. My vision is to be a catalyst of transformation in people’s lives. I strive to share my passion with individuals who recognize and celebrate personal growth and ambition as essential components to a life well lived.

CHANGE is here! It's a REVOLUTION! A GLOBAL MOVEMENT!

I Love seeing peaceful Protesters from all walks of life, worldwide, advocating for Justice / Civil Rights / Equality for All. They're walking, taking a knee and raising their voices to bring the Change they want in the World. I walk, take a knee and raise my voice with them. Shout out to them, Companies and Governments speaking up and making Change.

Racism is taught. Speak up, Speak out to racist friends, family, colleagues and everyone and anyone that teaches and incites hate. Stand up to racism. Call them out. Educate them. Educate yourself. Systemic racism is an epidemic. Racists are ignorant, cowards, insecure, bigots, full of hostility. Many are closet racists. Time of reckoning is here!

Never forget those wrongly accused / convicted, abused / injured and who have died at the hands of Police / Security Guards / Authorities and Justice Systems. Stand up for your rights and the rights of others.

Peace Love Hope

Dear Friends,

I hope you and yours are healthy and coping the best you can as we all go through this difficult challenging time. I'm a family caregiver. My Mom and Uncle are both in their nineties. They're my priority. I'm rarely on social media. I have a full life and maintain a hopeful attitude as we go through life not being able to hug our loved ones, practising physical distancing and staying home.

I want to let each and every one of you know that you're in my thoughts. It was three weeks ago today that COVID-19 pandemic was announced. It changed the world, but please don't let it change your beautiful spirit / soul. The past few weeks I've experienced the best and worse in the human race. Let's remember the importance of kindness, caring, sharing, respecting each other's boundaries and putting life's priorities in perspective... Survival! Our actions will have a major impact on our community and the world. We're fighting world war 3 with a virus together and apart.

We all have various thoughts and opinions pertaining to COVID-19. This is real; it's not the Twilight Zone. If need be, agree to disagree. Don't be a skeptic / ignorant about Coronavirus. It is what it is. We're all going to die, we just don't know how or when. We have to stay calm, be prepared, take precautions, stay home and practice physical social distancing.

I'm keeping busy staying home. Here's some things that I do and that may be of interest to you and yours, while you stay at home: meditate, eat healthy, maintain contact with loved ones, work, workout, cook, hobbies, listen to music and dance like no one's watching, read a book, write a book / journal / music, artwork, invent, take an online course, learn a new language, volunteer, spring cleaning, organizing, donate, update / make a Will, write your own obituary / eulogy, etc. Focus on your mental and physical health, not your physical appearance. Self-care is so important.

Limit watching the news and social media exposure. “Social media is the old 'chain letter' of our modern times. Anything you see on social media surrounding COVID-19 that does not come from legitimate and credible news source, or a certified medical or scientific journal, should be immediately ignored and certainly not shared or passed on to anyone at all. The amount of incorrect and non-factual information spread amongst social media platforms is unhealthy on every level and only feeds into the irrational panic buying we see when supermarkets are cleared of toilet paper and other household essentials.” Turn it off.

Always remember that you are loved and very special. If you're experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, reach out to professionals, support groups. Self-care is significant in having a healthy body, mind, spirit.

The utmost gratitude to health care / frontline workers, government and essential businesses and their employees who work diligently for us. They're all Heroes! Today's update from health professionals: "be prepared to stay home for three more months." Don't worry. We'll win this battle.

Be Strong, Stay Safe, Stay Healthy, Stay Home

Love & Light, Elaine xoxo
